How late have y’all been skinning. Thought about stopping by on my way home from work. It’d be about 7:30pm
Been until about 7:30 but tonight won’t be as long probably.
Big thanks to Brandon,it takes allot of little thangs,(big thangs too) to do something like this, I had great week always wanted to trap beaver in that type area.

I think we were able to help several landowners in the county that requested it. There’s so much habitat there it’ll require it again most likely but some of the spots are relatively beaver free right now. It took a lot of effort, networking and groundwork on Brandon’s part. It was about it being a UTK association event and the members getting together to help out and good public relations for trappers. There was no ego at work here on anyone’s part and Brandon was humble and helpful. Thanks.

Not enough good can be said about Brandon! He was able to get permission on multiple properties, before and after everyone got there ; secured a motel for everyone to stay in, provided a place to pelt fur after dark, and provided a couple of meals for everyone!
He also hauled guys, and equipment in and out of the areas each day, provided information and recommendations for everything from places to eat, to which mechanic to call for a truck breakdown. All while still doing jobs early in the morning to keep his business going !
And if that wasn’t enough, He send picture updates on our progress each evening, and attended a meeting with Officials to report on what had been done thus far; and possibly starting the ball rolling on another event in the years to come! … ( So , Thank You Brandon ! I think it’s going to be a long time before you get rested up, and healed up from injuries sustained from helping drag beaver out of thickets, and dodging trap setters! LOL!)

Yeah it’s hard to put down everything Brandon did to make this all work. I got to re lize one of my trapline dreams because of it thank you very much Brandon.
