Bacon is done. Gonna let it set a while and take seasoning good. But it’s salted and smoked and tastes pretty good.

Yeah for the record I hate breakfast for supper but my wife likes it so I let her cook it tonight.
Fresh eggs bacon home made biscuits ( made with lard the way God intended) and gravy.
