Tried a fish soup from flathead and it was really good. I used the carcass trimming and eggs to make fish stock and I figured it would taste like a live tank! But it didn’t had no fishy taste at all. It was good and will be great for making rice soups and stew easy too!

Looks like something you could put in zip lock bags and freeze for quick meals in the future if you can’t eat it all in a sitting or two as well!

Yep! A little polish sausage, pieces of corn on the cob, and maybe some shrimp mixed in and he will have to eat it while driving down the road to keep the Cajuns from trying to take it from him I bet!
