I had a good check today. Coyote, otter, coon, and a big possum in a nice bobcat set.

Wished my day had of been that good. I caught my finger in a Belisle 330……right across the fingernail! Luckily my setters was right there close and was able to compress one side enough to wiggle my finger out. I’ll be minus a fingernail in a few weeks….sure wished I had caught a possum instead.

I caught my hand full across last year in one. It happened so fast I couldn’t believe it. It hurt but didn’t break anything like the 280 did. No doubt they are humane on the furbearers.
Ouch, I haven’t gotten caught in a 330 yet, hopefully i won’t ever. I do keep forgetting to pull the safety off though. they always cost me an extra trip down the bank.
