Dire wolf has been brought back to life

According to the news, Scientist have recreated the Dire wolf from DNA collected from a long extinct body of one they found somewhere. They have a news clip with two pups howling and yipping , and claim that’s the first time in 10,000 years that the Earth has heard their howls. They may be white pyronese dogs with coyote yips dubbed over in a studio for all I know; but if true, it’s starting to look like I may in fact run up on that Mammoth poop before I find any dry land fish after all! Maybe they can use this technology to reintroduce common sense in some people!

If true, and if they can do that, are dinosaurs next?

Might be a use for Grizz traps at that point!

Going way too far

They say the woolly mammoth is next and I agree with Donnie that they are going to far.

Just because they can doesn’t mean they should.

That goes for a lot of things. It’s just a matter of time until they try to dig up George Washington or Lee Harvey Oswald and try that if left unchecked. Need to nip it right now. We all have the same moral mindset. Sadly, morality is a rare resource in some.
Afterthought…….don’t think I’m crazy. I’m just saying where does it end when we start down that rabbit hole. I could see them trying to clone humans. Say, children that die young for rich parents. It all sounds crazy but who knows what will be allowed.

I don’t even think passenger pigeons or dodo birds need to be messed with. If they’re gone, they’re gone. They’ll use some excuse to make it sound somewhat acceptable. Main thing I wish they’d come up with is something to kill kudzu and maybe ticks.

My dads been gone for 14 years. I remember when something new would come out in technology or science he would always say “people are getting too smart”.

I think every once in awhile what he would think about some things that have
happened since he left.
I can here him right now saying that about this.

I’m pretty sure that they have only been able to partially do this at best! I figure they have been able to breed regular gray wolves to white ones enough that they have a litter of white pups, and now are trying to put on a good show in order to get investors to cough up big bucks to further their " Research"! Will they be able to develop animals with some of the same traits as what they say the Dire Wolves had? …Maybe, but for right now, I think it’s mostly a big dog and pony show to get people with deep pockets on board! …I can see how Kytrapper got it right in his assessment of Rich folks being able to " Recreate" a lost child or Relative in the future maybe. Or worse case scenario, far into the future, I can see how a Government would finance the development of an Army of super sized warriors with the traits of Goliath, and the endurance of a Kenyan marathon runner, along with, the strength of Sampson! But I figure that is way out in the future, and most of us will never live to see that I don’t think. But the genie may be out of the bottle, with no real way to put it back in if this development is actually true on any levels, and is shared with others in the World who want to play God!
