They lose funding with each day absent. Now, they’ve created their own attendance problems with the holdover Covid mentality. They wanted to keep the schools closed. I believe they’ve hurt their attendance by instilling attendance wasn’t necessary. You’ll start hearing about four day school weeks if they can get paid for five. The teachers got spoiled too. I said from day one the school shutdown would have very long negative ramification. I said it’d take years to recover. It won’t recover to what it was unless all parties want it to.

I believe the screwl system is flawed enyhow.
They talk about how important it is and when you get out,your qualified to dig ditches and stock shelves.
They create and environment that kids begin to feel inferior and its backed up by the hierarchy and social structure they find there selves emerged in. There are many teachers who look down on kids for there beliefs and back ground,Christian,poor,rural,farming ethnic and they “ABSOLUTELY” will treat those kids different. That’s some stuff I saw and experienced. I’m sure kids in different areas and different walks of life experiences bias treatment too.
They drill into these kids that the last 4 years are the most important years of your life. Witch couldn’t be father from the truth. Then when this kids last for years are going horrifically sides ways they believe life is over and it leads to devastating effect.drug and alcohol use,promiscuity,suicide,school shootings.
I know there are good teachers and an education is important. The American school system is systematically flawed to begin with. Then you’ve got the communist l,leftist,and Marxist teachers plus the pedophiles. That always seems to slip in!

Since we are on the subject, I can’t help but think that American Schools, and the kids that go there, would be much better off, if they Stepped away from the perverted things they seem to want to embrace; and modeled a lot of the way they do things after things that work in other Countries! From what I have heard from those who have lived there, they say German Schools start testing for a child’s strengths, and aptitude at an early age, and then after a certain point, when the 3-R’s have been taught, they start with apprentice type programs where a student goes to school so long, and then goes to a job, or office setting, where they get real world, hands on training. When they graduate, they can step right into a job that suits their interest ; And of course, many places in the World will not put up with nonsense, or out of hand students that disrupt everything! That would go a long toward a better learning environment ! Of course that’s probably just wishful thinking ; but I am convinced the best way to learn a trade, is to either get a job in that trade, or be willing to work a series of jobs that will get you to that point! Trade School makes sense to me, along with professional programs like dentistry, or the medical field. Or maybe business school . Anything that is not a relevant, real world course of study, especially in a College setting, is usually just pissing away your time and money in my opinion! And it’s been my observation, that if you could spend some time with the Amish, you would know more about working, planning, and Business in 1 years time, than most folks ever learn in a lifetime! Those cats know how to turn a profit , and how to make something out of nothing ! Also, in years gone by, I would say the Military could teach you a useful skill, and I guess they still can; but with todays Crazy, upside down World we live in, I just don’t know!
