I wish I’d took some before pictures. But my little fur shed got a new coat of paint (got rid of the ugly mint green), and a new ceiling. I even built a new fleshing beam setup.
Seems like I can work faster and more efficiently when everything it clean and organized. Now its just missing one thing… Some fur!

Dang thats awesome! I like the beaver table. Mine is shoved up against the wall because of the cramped space. Will be nice to work all the way around the table when I finally get moved into mine. You got a nice, clean and organized place to do your thing man.

This is before. Its served its purpose for several years, but I’ve never been happy with it. I finally got it like i want it for the most part.
The way it was is still way better than what I’ve been using! Still working on my new one when I have time though, it is going to be nice to have my own space.

OH, SWEET!!! I am in awe! That is how my shed would look if I had any organizational skills! Or at least that’s how I would like for it to look! You could be a shop layout consultant in the off season; and travel the country helping get trappers organized! Very Nice!

Thanks guys. Other than my stretchers, beam, beaver table and the paint, I really dont have much invested in it other than time. Everything else I already had or was cheap off Facebook marketplace. The room itself is the basement part of an old split level garage.
I wish I could keep all my stuff that organized, but I dont.

Like I said, a man that takes that much time and pride in his fur shed always also handles nice fur. I saw his fur at our sale. Weez’s fur is a work of art. We have some good fur handlers in UTK but I’d have to give the grand prize to him. His poorer coyotes get just as much attention as his fluffy ones. Just pride in his work is it.

Thanks for the kind words Steve. And l agree that Weez’s fur is some of the nicest at the sale, especially his coyotes. Even with our current coyote market he take enough pride in his work to do it right. I got down a fur handling rabbit hole a little bit while giving the demo the other day.
Being in the fur shed means as much to me as being on the trap line.
