I harvested this 200lbs+ feral hog last night that will feed my family for a few months!

Congrats. I always thought that would be fun to do. What state you in? You get a guide?

Florida. I wouldn’t consider it a guide. It’s private property and the guy has feeders with blinds sitting on them. 175 dollars for 1 hog per person. We was able to hunt from 2pm-12am

Does he have lights on his feeders or did you get a shot before dark, I would like to kill one with my flintlock

He had motion activated green lights on the feeders. It rained really hard during the day so they didn’t move good till it stopped. He said usually they come out right at sunset

Thanks, yea that is what I was afraid of, I need some decent light to be able to see my sights on my flintlock. About 10 minutes after sunset is as late as I can hunt with it and still see the sights.

Those motion activated green lights where pretty bright.
