Today is the first day I’m trying to start back my walking routine. I KNOW it makes me feel better both mentally and physically. I’m looking at it as training for the upcoming trapping season. Two summers ago I walked 350 miles through a few months. The hardest part is starting.

I just started out with two miles. Probably stay there a while and slowly hopefully buildup to five each day. I did walk it at the 3mph clip.

I need to get back into a routine. Same as you, two summers ago. I was running 3 miles two or three times a week, lifting 6 mornings a week and zero processed foods, suger or carbonated drinks in my diet. I felt 10x better. It definitely makes a difference. The human body wasn’t designed to sit around in comfort or eat and drink the processed junk full of chemicals, flavorings and preservatives.
