I had to fight off the temptation of digging it yesterday wanna wait till it seeds out later in the summer to early fall

Bushwacker, How do you keep your diggings separated in the field? Some of the roots look similar to me, so what’s the best way to keep from mixing them up?

When I go I’m only after one type at a time I’ve tried doing different types at a time and it’s a mess

I tried once to dig ginseng and other roots and it hurt my head. I’m a one at a timer now if I dig anything.

Went scouting an area today for cats found some and then dug a little snake root not much but every little adds up
