Had a kid, looked like a man, riding a UTV by the house I didn’t recognize and I tried to ride down to him and talk. He took off flying. I thought well he’s up to something so I followed. Turns out he’s a new neighbor.
He made it to his starting place and I pulled in behind him. I had lost sight of him but followed his torn up dirt. “That old man is chasing me” was what he told his parents.
Had to explain I didn’t know him and was just keeping and eye on the neighborhood.
I’m not used to neighbors…….

The whole deal to me was I was looked at as an old man. That hit home. I’ll have to help him get a deer or something to make amends.

LOL! Welcome to the Senior Citizens Stage of Life! Brandon Baize told me that he would have me back to the Nursing Home before Dark each evening when I was over there Beaver trapping!
Had a Smart mouth Deputy Pull me over about 4 years ago because I bright lighted him for his lights being too bright. He looked at me and made a comment about my gray head, and how they didn’t allow bright lighting now, like they did back in the old horse and buggy days!
I feel like Rodney Dangerfield … I don’t get no respect!

I flash lights all the time for being on bright but more often for not being on at all in the dark of dusk or daylight.

Listen guys, next weekend at the meet if y’all need help getting up and down out of chairs or getting something out of the bed of your truck don’t be too proud to ask.
