Just saw skunks average 76 buck and fur harvesters today, top lot was 97 I thank 90 something for sure can’t remember

I saw that too! I’m thinking there might be a lot of interest in a Skunk Stampede this year, as well as a Beaver Brigade ! If those prices hold till seasons end, it will be like the 70’s all over again! everyone and their Granny will be picking up skunks off the road! LOL!

I wonder how skunks compare with the twenties and thirties now figuring in the dollar conversion. They were the thing back then too. I don’t have many skunks in my area but wife not crazy about the smell either. Some of you guys do excellent skunk put up. They said on Trapperman the skunks go to Jewish men’s hats?

Good question. What did skunks go for back in the day? I would be curious to know how they compare now at the reported price at Fur Harvesters, as opposed to back in the day.
I’ve lost my best skunk locations but with these prices it’s very tempting to run an adds for free skunk removal in season around town .

Yeah, If prices hold till next Winter, I think it would pay off for you! You may have to start buying up every old cage trap you can find this Summer!
